Your account

• Please give accurate details and keep your password private. Signing in needs your password and a one-time code sent to your email.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or repeated false orders.

Products and health information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from photos. Our products support comfort and everyday wellbeing; they are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always read the product instructions and consult a doctor for injuries or medical conditions.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• We accept Cash on Delivery and the other payment options shown at checkout.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order (with a full refund of anything paid) if a product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud.

Shipping, cancellations and exchanges

Delivery, cancellations and exchanges are covered by our Shipping Policy and Exchange Policy, which form part of these terms. We offer exchanges, not refunds, on delivered orders.

Coupons and offers

Coupons are subject to their own conditions (minimum order, validity, usage limits), cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time.

Reviews and content you post

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove content that is false, offensive, or promotes other businesses.

Intellectual property

The BODYGUARD name, logo, product photos and website content belong to Golden Grass Health Care and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission.
