Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not ship outside India at this time.

Shipping charges

• Orders above ₹999: free shipping.
• Orders below that: a flat shipping fee of ₹49.

The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you place the order.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also see the live status of every order under My Account → Orders.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on most PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. We may contact you to confirm large COD orders before dispatch.

Damaged or tampered parcels

Please do not accept a parcel that looks opened or damaged. If you notice damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement.
