Orders & payment

How can I pay?

You can pay by Cash on Delivery or by the online options shown at checkout, such as UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or bank transfer. For UPI, a QR code and payment details appear right after you place the order.

Are your prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. Prices on product pages include GST, and every order comes with a GST invoice you can download from My Account.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, from My Account → Orders, while the order is still Pending or Confirmed (before it is packed).

Do you have discount coupons?

When an offer is running, enter the coupon code in the “Have a coupon?” box at checkout.

Delivery

How much is shipping?

Free on orders above ₹999; otherwise a flat ₹49.

How long will delivery take?

Usually 1–2 business days to dispatch and 3–7 business days to deliver, depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

We email you the courier name and tracking number when your order ships. You can also follow every step under My Account → Orders.

Exchanges

Can I return a product for a refund?

Instead of refunds we offer something better: within 7 days of delivery you can change the size or colour for FREE (we pick up and deliver at no cost), or take store credit worth 10% more than the item price. If an item arrived damaged, defective or wrong (report it within 48 hours with photos), we replace it – or refund it in full if a replacement is not possible. See our Exchange Policy for details.

How do I request an exchange?

Open My Account → Orders, choose the delivered order and press Request Exchange.

Products

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size details on the product page and measure as shown. If you are between sizes or unsure, message us on WhatsApp or email support@mybodyguardstore.com – we are happy to help.

Can I use a support after surgery or an injury?

Please ask your doctor or physiotherapist first. Our products support comfort and recovery but are not a substitute for medical advice.

Your account

Why do I get a code by email when I sign in?

For your security, signing in needs your password and a 6-digit code sent to your email. You stay signed in until you log out.

I forgot my password.

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page and we will email you a reset link.
