Refund & Cancellation Policy
Service Bookings & Payments
- Our services are provided on a booking basis. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, our team begins allocating resources immediately.
- As such, we generally do not provide refunds once a service has started.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full refund, provided the service has not already commenced.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund, as resources and staff are reserved in advance.
- In special circumstances (such as emergencies), we may review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only considered if:
- The service was not delivered as agreed.
- There was a failure from our end to allocate the required personnel.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Once the security personnel/bodyguard has arrived at the location and the service has started.
- No-show by the client or refusal of service after arrival.
- Misuse of services or breach of our terms and conditions.
Rescheduling
- If you wish to reschedule a booking, please contact us at {your email/contact number} at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to staff availability.
